I'm pretty sure that that is just an adapter that would require an already purchased and set up router. I would go with a router but make sure you pick a good one because for some reason my router and I don't get along very well. I got a DI-524 from Dlink. It's fine for the average home user but I would prefer a longer range than just 100 feet. And randomly I lose access then get it back in a second. It's annoying. Good luck.

i just got a linksys , thought i'd join the wireless revolution at last.

had a few teething troubles to start with not knowing anything about wireless, but now i run it with a custom bios which lets me boost the measely 28mw output all the way upto 250mw (i use 70mw so as to not get into trouble with broadcasting authorites) meaning i have reception at the end my garden instead of just to the back door.

    custom bios from : www.dd-wrt.com
