just because it runs through the pics goesnt mean there wont be any homebrew. they can always make a loader that runs through the pics to load your homebrew.

Ok, I read it the wrong way a final time. What he's asking (I believe) is if we can run homebrew off of this exploit. The answer is yes, because a loader could be made for it.
