there will be plenty of homebrew, just no homebrew and comerial games (unless you have 2 psps 1 at 1.5, and other at 3.0

really the only reason right now for a person to update is for the psone emulator but there is a homebrew version coming. and maybe you should read up on psp homebrew history before commenting andrew

First of all, they could still get sued for more than the price of the psp. Second of all, releasing a firmware that bricks psp and then getting sued would be the worst thing to do when there trying to sell there 600$ ps3 so doing that would make them loose all credibility.
