Or at least how hotcakes would sell if they had crack in them.
This little marvel sold around 505,000 copies in its FIRST week alone. People were lining up to get the bundles (150 people lines were common!), which would sell out within minutes. The games have also been flying off the shelves faster then SE can release them. SE only expected to sell at most 320-350 K of these things, but it seems they were wrong. A lot of Import sites are actually saying they are out of the bundles/software. Seems that Final Fantasy is back in action! Could this mean more remakes to other systems? Who knows, but if the game keeps selling like this it just may happen. FF moved more DS’s in its first week then any other recent DS bundle.
when will it come to Europe? Or does the jap version have English in it aswell?
The US version will be released on November 14th and I've heard that the jap version is in japanese only.
Yes, the Japanese version is in Japanese ONLY.
Now, the upcoming Phoenix Wright 2 game is rumored to have BOTH Japanese and English modes on it.
that would be awesome.Originally Posted by iball

Thanks for the answer Sanjuro
Well, Final Fantasy V is coming out soon for the GBA and Final Fantasy VI is coming out after that...also for the GBA.
Looks like Square is taking all their old SNES titles and porting them over to the GBA with minor changes.
For the DS they totally revamped the look of Final Fantasy III.
Now, that brings us the entire Final Fantasy line-up from 1 to 6 available for the Nintendo DS (4 GBA carts, 1 DS cart).
Any thoughts on whether they can cram Final Fantasy VII onto a DS cart?
(my vote is 'doubtful without removing a crapload of stuff')
