Yes, I'm going to contact wraggster to find out the rules on that before I start that thread. I'm sure it will be the "no profanity, racial slurs ect..." I just wanna know exactly how far we can push the profanity. Can it contain minor "pg-13" language, at least? Stay tuned. I'm gonna find out.

Here's a theme I just made. It's pretty sweet. I might even use it for awhile myself.

WINDOWS VISTA THEME

- Windows Vista Desktop Background (thanks pspwallpapers.com)
-"All systems are funtioning within normal parimeters" custom bootsound
-(legal) Blueprint gameboot
-custom font (thanks dafont.com)
-custom menu names (only install these on 1.5 firmware) You can install only selected parts of the theme using ThemePSP if you want to.
-No wavy lines present on the XMB
-also plays a cool STP song while it installs on your PSP
-**NEW**

Alternate bootsound availible for this theme. It's the Windows startup sound. Credit to Mastrgamr for creating it

Just cut and paste the "opening_plugin.rco" file into the Windows Vista theme folder (click yes when it asks you if you want to overwrite the file)before you install it with ThemePSP.
