hopefully it will work
Apparently, the coder (who will remain anonymous to prevent spam) has gotten somewhere with his "downdater". Files can now be flashed to the NAND, howvever, the downdater failed in actually downdating the psp, but it DID NOT BRICK. The coder is continuing to fix the problems as we speak
Written to NAND?! Excellent! Getting warmer....
Already knew this but, cool
secret message!
I used to have a signature here.
Questions:
Does it work for TA-082 motherboards?
How does it NOT brick the PSP upon failure to update?
Is it all software-based, or do you need some sort of specialized hardware (e.g. modchip) to do so?
Is that you 0okm?
^^^It might have corrupted files that were used later in the psp's booting up process.^^^
That would be sweet but I think it was just an error.Originally Posted by KingAndrew
