Custom Background

I'm Trying To Get A Cudtom Background On my 1.5, But When I Use X-Flash, I Makes A Whole Bunch Of Icons Turn Pure White. Is There Another Program That'll Let Me Change My 1.5's Background?

it will always be like that on a 1.5 unless you decrease the resolution, wich will make the image all blurry...so it sucks
