Not sure, but you could always get 2.71 firmware from http://www.psp-hacks.com and update. That's what I'm doing in just a sec (I have 2.70).

When is a 2.8 going to be decided if it is going to be able to downgrade or not? Cus thats what I am stuck with and I don't want to be stuck with it.
