1. to update, you use the 2.71 update
2. yes this file does have a readme, and no it only works on 2.71
3. disney is run by a bunch of gnomes

and your sister knows this and she wants to make you into one

you place it in the GAME folder in your psp, make sure you name the folder that contains the file; UPDATE

IM GETTING THE UPDATE......ive been at this for like 2 hours now.......well its better then when i had to figure out how to update my psp.........8 hours....
in not really all that fast at figuring out stuff.
