it dont on my psp iv tried it over and over again from 11 last night untill 1am then from 7am to now and it wil not work, I don have TA-082, I have formatted my mem stick over and over again and i restored to default settings

Take your battery out for like 20 seconds then put it back in and try again if that dont work just wait for the eloader.
