it has to be 2.71, else it's a dam high chance of bricking(almost 100%), i dun think it is worth it to be impatient.

Yeah, I was just hoping that i didn't have to download it. Dial up sucks! I started downloading 40 minutes ago and still have 30 to go. Thanks for clarifying.

dude do u get wifi where u are? cuz if u do d/l it on to ur psp, it will be WAYYYY faster...that is if u have a hotspot, well either way good luck with the downgrade
