somethings weird with my process... i ran the program and it copied the stuff my psp needed. when i got to the part where i had to use the photo option, the screen didn't go red but the memstick was reading. i waited until it stopped but the screen locked up. i thought i bricked it but i didn't. there wasn't even a corrupt file msg after. good thing it didn't get bricked.

so what's wrong? my psp was initially ver 2.0 but i kept upgrading... i don't know what's wrong but the red screen never appeared. when i tried the whole process over and over again, nothing happened.

some people say just keep trying. i feel like the more you try the more it might brick. i read somewhere that there might be another way but its not released yet.

Is there a way to tell if a PSP you will buy will have a ta-084 motherboard by just looking at the box?
