Friend's psp is 2.01, wants to downgrade to 1.5 please help.

Any method that you can get away with will be fine, as long as you make sure you upgrade to 2.00, then back down to 1.50.

For what its worth, I went from 2.71 > 1.50 > 2.00 >1.50 and have not had a single problem.

I suggest the new 2.01 downgrader because it is the safest one.

Ok so who's brave enough to put it to the test and post there results.
For those who aren't maybe they will come up with a crack that will rid the downgrade method for good.
Had a look on ebay,there is a company who live in london who offer a downgrade service which they will do for you at the cost of £20 and will even travel to you within a 30 mile radius.

i tried the 2.1 dg on my friends psp and it was having alot of trouble, it kept saying something about flash so i did the old upgrade to 2.5 and used dark alex's easy downgrader install.

But i typed in the search field as psp downgrade and found it there.Pitty i dont live in there radius as i would have let them loose on my psp

my psp is v 2.01 i am un sure on which method i should use to downgrade my psp 2 v1.50. do i use the v2.01 downgrader at http://pspupdates.qj.net/2-0-2-01-Ea...g/49/aid/65266 or do i upgrade it to 2.60 or 2.70 which one is safer + quicker and more of a success rate?
