I'm glad this game was mentioned. Between that and Turtles in Time, the arcade was a great place to be. Also, who can forget Double Dragon. Did parents even realize their kids were playing a gangfighting game?

One more for the list, although I'm not sure if shooting counts - Sunset Riders.

cmon morons a 1 on 1 fighting game isnt a beat em up. its gotta be a sidescrolling game where you thrash people along the way. anyhow. double dragon bad dudes and alien vs predator are definately the top of my list.
