Its a flash editor for fw 1.5 you can flash change your fonts, backgrounds and more , also you can remove stuff like waves in background , change the way your psp starts and much more.. its dangerous if not used properlly since it edits a big part of the flash, flash0

As far as I've read it's the safest,used it many times myself.
Plus you can't beat Art's EULA

This is the ONLY flash app for psp in my mind this thing PWNs anyother flash apps cuz this program keeps you from doing anythung stupid and great work Art keep it up

Plus with arts work is impossible to brike your psp cause it wont let you run bad gameboots and stuff

Art-One of the best psp apps EVER! and i mean that and am not just saying that to be incredibly generous i only use this to perform flash operations!
