as for which download for dgen i have no idea..lol

Custom firmware is a firmware released by homebrew coders so instead of having a 1.5 psp, u can go for having a 'special' firmware that is not released by Sony. It has recovery mode so it makes flashing safer since it can sort of be undone when something screws up. WHen flashing, it is best to plug in the AC adapter to ur psp to reduce chances of bricking

whenever u flash something, there is a small risk of bricking your psp cos the files get corrupted

devhook emulates firmware so u can have 2.71 stuff on ur 1.5 psp like flash enabled, wma enabled and internet explorer thingy

IRShell is a different OS which serves as an alternative to the XMB

I dont know if im doing something wrong but everytime i try to run the game a pop comes up say the game could not not be started(80020130).
