Roms don't need to be formatted. So the roms you use on emulators on your computer will work fine (such as .smc.)
Most emulators also support zipped roms.
I know links to roms sites aren't to be provided here, but I have a question (I'm not asking for a link though). For roms for the N64 and SNES, do you need special PSP formatted roms or can you just download normal roms for the PC emulators and put them on your PSP? For example, can I download a .smc file for ZSNES (A SNES emu for the PC) or another PC emulator and put it on my PSP to work with the PSP SNES emu? Sorry if that was confusing XD lol. An answer would be much appreciated. ^^

Yay thanks. Also, is there a GBA emu for the PSP?
gpsp is the best cant wait for the next release.
Omg thnx everybody. One of the first forums I've visited and asked questions where people answered nicely! ^^ One last question, I saw the compatibility list for Daedalus. Does anyone have a compatibility list for Snes9x TYL ME and gpSP?
theres a compat list for gpsp but i dont think theres one for snes9x. the snes plays almost every game ever made for the snes at full or close to full speed.
Yay! XD Now I just have to wait for my PSP screen to come and I can fix my PSP and downgrade. Tysm everyone.
SNES9xTYL can play every (or almost every) rom, but some have minor graphical errors. I do think there is a compat list for gpSP somewhere.
