For any TA-082 users, I can confirm that this works on TA-082 just fine!

I'm currently playing Street Fighter Alpha 2 on the SNES emulator!

It's a little slow, but not too bad. I'm about to try DGEN to see how that runs.



By the way, does anyone know how to exit out without removing the battery pack? It seems I can't get out of the game I'm playing without pulling the battery out and rebooting.


EDIT: Can't seem to get DGEN running... Anyone have success with it yet?

How much internal memory does the PSP have? I mean on the flash for firmware updates etc, that we can't access...

Is it like 32MB? or 16? Can't remember...

Anyways, cause, doesn't that mean that Sony can only keep upgrading the PSP until it runs out of internal storage?
Like, if it had an official PS1 Emu built in, aswell as the XMB, sounds, pictures, Wi-Fi crap, PS3 connection stuff, codecs, usb settings...
Now this stuff may not take up much room, but one day, Sony won't be able to add anything else will they?

I'll dl and use this even though I have a 1.5 because I remember the days where I was dependent on the eloader and I praised ditlew and fanjita. Keep it up guys.

Yer, thats obvious...

But even with the previous firmware update being overwritten, that doesn't change the fact that one day, there won't be any more internal storage room on the PSP.
Firmware updates have only added things, it's not very often they take any features away.
The official PS1 emulator would have to be only a few MB's...

you guys must be the greatest PSP hustlers evers!! u freaking players!! this is great news for everyone not just 2.0+ users, for 1.5 users as myself, we are so happy that hacks are being found for the psp, and soon maybe all psp users may rejoice from every corner of the earth to enjoy hombebrew on their psp's!!!
