    Default gPSP help

    Ok, i downloaded it, and have installed it but everytime i get a blue screen with your psp has crashed.

    Firstly, were do i put the roms?

    Secondly were does the GBA bios go?

    gba bios go in the folder with out the % on it the gba roms go inside of the roms folder. In the same folder.
    Note nothing is ever put in the folder containing the % sign

    is only 1 gba bios needed? Or one bios for each rom?

    There should only be 1 bios file (gba_bios.bin) and as Acidburn said the GBA bios file goes in the same folder as the main EBOOT (not the %folder). Roms can go wherever you like, just find them with the GUI when you load up gpSP. But you will get that blue screen saying your PSP has crashed if you don't have the bios in the right place or the ROM in incompatible with the current version.

    ok, the emu is now running, but everytime i select my copy of advance wars. It just crashes with a blue screen again.

    Also what do i do with the gpsp.cfg file?

    As I said before, some ROM's are not compatible with the current version but maybe look for a different version of the ROM (US/EU/JP). The file gpsp.cfg just stores your config for the emulator, it saves automatically so you don't need to do anything to it

    ok this is doing my head in here is the offending line

    psp-addr2line -e target.elf -f -c 0x89ff884 0x9261aef0 0x8a019d



    What size should the GBA bios be? I dont know wheather am downloading the right verion or not, the ones i've downloaded are 16kb

    finally it works, why didnt someone tell me to rename the gba bios gba_bios.bin?????



    Can the screen size be adjusted on gPSP?

    I heard that fimeware 2.71 lets you download game demos how can you do this?
