Is that one of the cheapest prizes for PSPs around ?

they will probably increase shipping for it and slap on an "import tax/fee" for it to make it 199$ again.

I've sort of been wanting a white PSP for a while. Does anyone know if these will have downgradable firmwares on them? i.e. Non TA-082 mobo and 2.71 or lower firmware.

Original black ? Is there any Modified black ? But it's cheap.. Cheapest I can find around my neighbourhood is around US$250 without game and I don't know what fw it is.. But I'm a lazy shopper, btw..
