Not that I'm generally much on paying attention to frontends like this, but being that they're in blatant violation of the GPL, I've decided to send an email to the author of this program, which I've reproduced below:

I do not see anywhere on your site a place to download the source code of the pieces that make it up. Several of the pieces that you use are licensed under the GPL (either v2 or v3), both of which require that the source code be available.

Even if you're not directly linking with the binaries that you're distributing, you are still distributing binaries without the source or an offer for it. Simply stating that you're using whatever revision of the source code is not enough, you must provide the source or an offer to get it to anyone who downloads the binaries. As I am a developer on two of the emulators you're providing (NullDC and Yabause), I am a little bit angry that you're not complying with the licenses of them. Also, nowhere in the license in the installer do you mention the contributions of the emulators' authors. That seems a bit disingenuous if you ask me.

Also, I know that we would not condone distributing ROMs (even the BIOS roms) with the emulator, as they are illegal in most places to distribute (as they are copyright protected software).

I certainly don't mind a good frontend (as your program seems to be), but please, if you're going to distribute the binaries of these open source emulators please comply with their licenses! We, the open source authors do this out of the spirit of having fun and contributing to the community and we don't tend to like when our stuff is used with no regard to the licenses. All it will take to comply with the licenses is to put up the source code to all the GPLv2 or v3 parts you're using alongside the download for the binary (and of course acknowledge the copyright of the authors of the open-source components). Simply stating that you're using whatever revision of the open-source components is not enough to comply with the licenses -- you must provide the source code you're using to compile the binaries.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and consideration.
    Hopefully I'll get a reply...
