Dreamcast uses KallistiOS as a development system .
It support SDL , OpenGL ,KGLX as Graphics Library .
The latest KoS version is here http://cadcdev.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/cadcdev/

Well I already have a concept of the game but, if the game is small, I prefer freeware, but I the game becomes too big and more ambicious I was thinking about publishing it (like watermelon did with Pier Solar).

That's interesting, but I don't know how to use KallistiOs, because I don't understand anything of programming.

Are you interested in doing a 3D project for the dreamcast?
