Three years ago me and my at the time 11 year old boy were wrestling on the trampoline when he accidently kneed me in th eye, i had a black eye for 6 weeks and that night i attended my childrens school with a right shiner and looked a **** for it.

two days ago i attempted to grab him now 14 and my sons head hit my chin and i bit my lip majorly, my mouth was pouring in blood and when the bleeeding subsided i had a tongue with a massive flappy bit that i can pull out, hopefully it will knit itself back down but its the most horrid feeling and it looks really bad, i do hope i wont need stitches.

I really must not try and beat up my son. i always end up worse off.
