Where's a good frreware disc burner for Sega Dremcast games?

I have been searching for a freeware program to burn some homebrew onto a CD so I can play it on my dreamcast, Bootdreams is a joke, and discjuggler has to be 700 mb or under when a game I want on is 774 mb

Even though I thought that Bootdreams was a joke, I managed to figure out how the hell to use it after starting the topic.

I think somewhere around that size, it was Beats of Rage Collection 2 which had Hyper final fight 1&2, Hatchet Ninjaz, and some other bor games. But I got it burned properly after redownloading with Bootdreams
