Hey im New to the forums and I wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction on making a homebrew game for Dreamcast (and any links on DREAMCAST AND ONLINE porting like html and the sort), Im working on my programming portfolio right now, so I would like to have some ported games to show off in it. if possible point me towards an engine instead of library or anything of the sort lol.
