I have Modern Warfare 2. The disc is pretty scratched up and gives me the dirty disc error a lot.

Is there any way I can find it and copy it to my HDD and make it look like I installed it? Like I tried to install the MW2 disc but it gives dirty disc on that.

Is there a way to download it, and make it look like an installed game?
