i was looking at this website www.mobygames.com its a great wee site, it a open games database..... anyway i was looking at this

    http://www.mobygames.com/stats/top_g...tform/ssid,23/

only 2 saturn games!! the reason is that there are not enough votes on the other games (at least 10 vote, you have to register)

is great games like sega rally, virtual fighter2, shinning force 3, burning rangers, sonic r, Sega Worldwide Soccer , Guardian Heroes etc are not listed!!

    come on saturn fans

I love that console. Firstly how the heck could you forget NIGHTS? Not to mention fighter's megamix, virtual on, touring car, even silhoutte mirage, and Street fighter alpha 3 were well better on the saturn. I've seen Alpha 3 on the saturn listed as the best version. Plus the jap, and second gen controllers are simply the best 2D controllers of all time. That console was sorely underbought consoles of all time. For its generation, i'd go as far as to say better than the DC!

ptr.lynch, i've been a sega fanboy for years. Get this console and get nights into dreams, and a nights controller, definitely. It'll cost you around £30-40 but its really worth it. Also i recommend Sonic R. And some racing games, such as sega rally, and sega touring car. If you like fighting games get an action replay and SFA 3 and Xmen vs street fighter. I never really played the RPGs but i've hear darksavior and shining force 3 are good. And I wholly recommend silhoutte mirage and metal slug for platformers!

panzer dragoon saga is one of the best rpgs i have ever played... but its reall hard to get..about £150-£200 on ebay, and i let mine top a friend about 6 years ago (as well as burning rangers) :'(

I'll do this when I get home. *Only ever played that game once, it was fun.

I pulled out the saturn last night, and played STCC i agree it does suck, nostalgia is a bad thing. Nights still rocks though.

heres some on ebay, local, with the game, and they're cheaper than they were a few weeks ago.

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...62535&rd=1

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...10607&rd=1

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...43902&rd=1

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...40759&rd=1

the last one doesnt include the game just the controller.

My nights controller is japanese, so its a nice grey colour.
