Is Ebay A Big Scam and Rip Off Site

i never had any major problems except for this one gameboy color game i had purchased but never came. it was only 3 bucks and i didnt pay insurance for it so i couldnt even complain that much. but, anyways, since this community is design to help all of us in the game world why not make a post with all the names of the scammers known on ebay. That would help us, who probably buy half of the gaming stuff from ebay, not to be fooled (again for some of us) and have our money just taken like that???
