Help with Ac cable

Hi I just bought a dreamcast but it didnt have any of the cables..it looked beat up..but it was only dirty..i bought it for 5 bucks and it worked perfectly :P. Any how long story short i have two dreamcasts now but one dosent have the essential cables but i do have an extra cable but im not sure if itll work with the DC.. ofcoures i want to ask you guys before i try using it because i dont want to fry the poor console. Any how the cable has this on one end

I've used a (not slim) PS2 power cable on my NTSC Dreamcast. I don't know if it works with PAL Dreamcasts, or if it's bad for the system.
