need help in tes4 oblivion!

ok i just finished that quest in anvil Where Spirits Have Lease and i read the deed and it said that you can rename the manor, can anyone tell me where i have to go and do to rename my manor....be specific pleaz



oh and another thing, i found a note during the Ghost Ship of Anvil quest and it had directions to somewhere, the note said to go to the end of a road, take a left then a right, if you pass the house with the caved in roof then youv gone to far then knock once and knock again, then it said about someone letting you in and something about you giving them the money. yeah can anyone tell me what this means?
