Reply With Quotewell, you should try your power adapter on another gamecube or multimeter basically anything that would show that it works.
Seems like the first logical thing to do to me.

Gamecube Faulty HELP ME PLZZZZZZZZZZ
Lately when i fixed up my gamecube to the tv i started playing games then the next thing i knew it just turned off. I turned it on again then i swithed off straight away. LAter in the day i tried it then it happened all over again. The fan okay it spin as normal but i cant not see the problem. PLZZZZZ SOMEONE HELP

Well if the thing is starting its probally not the power adapter, but its always good to try all the hookups like even the av cable on another console.
