Can someone post a link to the new stable downgrader? I want to downgrade but if there is a newer, more stable ver. of it, I want to use that one obviously.

And to everyone who keeps saying you can't brick the PSP if you follow the directions correctly: you're wrong it even says in the downgrader readme and on sites that have the file that any file that modifies the flash0 of the PSP has some risk of bricking... some noob might read what you were saying and think there's no risks and brick their PSP, and they should at least know there's a chance it might happen.

And no, you won't need an eLoader for ANYTHING on 1.5. Here's a page with a bunch of cool emulators and applications for 1.5!
