No, there is no "atheist calendar". For most atheists, it's 2006.

Some atheists actrually propose 1859 - the year Darwin published The Origin of Species - be "Year Zero", which would mean this is the year 147.

Anybody read Plato's "The last day's of Socraties"?
It almost convinced me in life after death (still need more proof tho). I've read the bible and it's interesting but I don't belive in farytales, The bible was written by man and I bow to no man (except Eddie Vedder), science is answering all the great questions which we used to make up answers for, we know how the earth was formed, we know Adam and Eve were Monkeys, soon all of the questions will answered and there will be no need for religion. If science is the search for knowledge then would that make religion the acecptance of ignorance? I'm catholic but I don't belive, I wish I did belive tho, life would be so much simpler if i did.
