There's no way I'm paying that much for a BBA for my DC. I was connecting the DC to the net thru my PC using the first link in the post above when I had Windows 98. Once I upgraded to Windows XP Pro I could not get it working with the new OS so my DC has been offline for almost 3 years now. It's a shame but I think that the official game servers for all DC games are gone now anyway so having the DC online would be kinda of pointless.

i don't really need a BBA, my dc modem is working, its pretty fast considering its a 56k (33k). i was looking at ign, didnt really have a problem, apart from flash. but hey, it got my saves i needed. i never tried going online with game servers, i got PSO though. wouldnt pay on my dial up when i can get it for free on BB. hence my lack of online dc.

Sega Dreamcast Broadband Adapter kinda sux in a strange kinda way cause it's not like we can benefit from the Dreamcast being online anymore, DreamArena is long gone and the only way to play certain games is if someone has a specifically dedicated server for playing Dreamcast games which I highly doubt that many games are even playable online now. I would get one just to play ChuChuRocket if I knew there was a working server for the game, but who's to say that all the working online servers that are working today wont stop just like SEGA did with DreamArena and all the other servers they had for certain games!

games that are still played online, PSO, Starlancer, Quake 3, 4x4 Evolution ( even the demo version still works) Maximum Pool and Sega Swirl.

Also there will be homebrew online games soon with DCRPG and Dreamchess ( maybe be some emus will have online play at some stage.. but we will have to wait and see if that happens)
