Internet portal Lycos has made a screensaver that endlessly requests data from sites that sell the goods and services mentioned in spam e-mail.
Lycos hopes will it make the monthly bandwidth bills of spammers soar by keeping their servers running flat out.

thats why i have not Downloaded the screen saver yet, i like the idea, but i waiting to if there are any "side effects" from the sreen saver

Currently laws in many countries do not explicitly outlaw DDoS attacks but many nations are re-drafting computer use laws to make them specific offences. .....
