Pimpstreamer, IRSHELL, and anyother computer COULD BE Acessed via another modem??

I was wondering if you can use another modem and be able to connect to computer and stream vids from there

eg. im at mc donalds and im bored but they have an internet connection and works very well so i wanna stream videos to my psp using pimpstreamer, which means i wanna acess my comp back at home CAN I DO THAT??
