do you need to have FW 2.71 to run this, or can it be lower?
I have a 2.6 and i was trying it, but the last 5 times after i've opened the photo, it just shuts down my psp.

also since it can use elf, does that mean most of the homebrew out now won't work for it?

I have a TA-082 and was twiddling my thumbs for some time. Then I saw this and waited like a coward, hoping some other TA-082 owner would test it first. Then Seink on psp-hacks.com came forward with his own problems and put me to shame. If I want to be a part of this homebrew world, I realized I had to grow a pair and try it myself. Well, I ran the HEN about 5 times, getting freezes, black screens, and yes, a blue screen, but no green! Then, like magic, it happened. I got a green screen and was in. I was able to play the polyphonic program and let me tell you, nothing could have sounded sweeter.

Then I thought I would go for the big guns and run the Trumd from Train2335 (found at www.deviantpsp.com) but unfortunately that isn't quite working yet (at least for me, please don't let that stop you from trying it though).

So to sum up, I have a TA-082 2.71 and was able to get Dark_Alex's HEN working. I also tested the hard reboot and had to go through another 3/4 cycles to get it to run again, but then I was back in.

My sincere and deepest thanks go out to Dark_Alex and all those who brought us to this day.

a new TrUMD is out for 2.71 will it work on TA-082? plz plz plz just answer... dont say its against the rules..
