DPG conversion not working at all

I can't convert files to DPG at all. I followed all the tutorials for BatchDPG and DPG Convert. with BatchDPG it says that the files dont work and I need top open them in WMP and read the error message...

trouble is they work FINE in WMP. NO problems. Then with DPG Convert everything starts out fine but then it says "Can not detect total play time"

I'm going nuts trying to figure this out. Any advice?

the video may just not be compatible, try another one or try re-encoding it to another format and then convert it to .dpg

done that. It gives me the same message for every single video I throw at it.

Do you need it in DPG format? would .3dv be any help?

do you have the Microsoft NET framework installed
