With the help of a few dedicated members, Emuconnect has been completed, the forum is now ready for posts and games!

Basically I had the idea to set up a forum to utilize the Netplay function in most emulators, so users can play games against each other over the internet for free. The board has been up for about a month, all the fine lines have been ironed out, and we're ready for games!
