If you have custom firmware you just open up recovery mode and somewhere there it should say to turn them on.

But I guess this works too xD

Okay, if you have Custom Firmware, for example 4.01 m33, like me. you don't need this (but you still need custom firmware to use the program. Do you have custom firmware?

this was a great innovation back in the year 2006, but since has been proven useless due to custom firmwares. all you have to do is start-up your PSP after a complete shut-down and restart it while holding the R-Trigger. this gets you to recovery mode where you then go to to the menu 'Registry Hacks' and vola!

now can we close this?
