Enable flash and wma without use of internet

i tried enabling flash player withour internet using the folder provided, and when i went into my memstich folder via the psp to start the thing it said corrupted data...
what do i do?

This is really old, there's other ways to enable those and one of them which is probably the easiest is using the recovery menu in the latest custom firmware.
