Conversion Problems

I just recently purchased a SuperCard Lite and a Superkey. I am using their newest software (V2.55C) to convert .nds files into a .nds.dsq and a .nds.sav file. When I try to convert the the back up of Harvest Moon, the .nds.dsq file is 0 bytes. This is the only back up that I am having problems with. The patch notes for the new version of the Super Card software says:

"Added an option "Enable patch Cartridge access" for NDS game. If convert NDS games such as like "0512 starfox" at 0 bytes, please select this option. The default setting is unselect for normal NDS games. It improve the compatible of NDS games. "

I tried doing that and I the problem still precists. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem?
