Devhook Launcher Port to 2.71 - (Run V1.5 Homebrew on PSP 2.71)

I opened HEN and got a blue screen.
Then I opened devhook and got a black screen with white text saying something about a error.

What are the files I need?

Is the file you need to emulate 1.5 the 1.5 eboot firmware?

"Error 0x80020148 loading/starting reboot.prx"

What is reboot.prx????

ok wtf why doesnt this work for me?
I updated to 2.71 and I installed the HEN but It gets stuck.
Ive tried about 50 time already. It starts because i can see the mem card light flickering but then after a while it either keeps the ligh on and the n turns the psp off or the light completly turns and and then turns my psp off. Can anyone help?
