Carpy the Hen worked first time for me, although I was doing it on emulated 2.71, rather than flash 2.71.

This is great news for all the 2.71 users out there, I wonder whats going to happen though when a game comes out that requires 2.8+ firmware? Will you guys need 2 different devhooks, one to play your 1.5 genesis, snes roms and one to play your umd games?

There is no point upgrading, The background issue is solved by Theme PSP and all this does is gives 2.71 users the ability to use 1.5.
