It has to be something involving a psx emulator of some sort, im guessing one that plays games at a more respectable frame rateonly time will tell....

Dreamcast pls, it's impossible but I can dream. Give be SFIII 3S / MVSC2 and PSP would have 95% of the best fighters ever created.
However I think it's way more possible Saturn emulation, and the game he's talking about is none other than Nights
