He did say that, but the dreamcast part was definetely true, you guys remember that thread that (i think it was shadowpropet) made about emulators. The dreamcast is IMPOSSIBLE to emulate on a PSP. But it could be an emulator cause warggy said he was playing ON IT

My guess is that it is some new way of playing homebrew on the PSP. Some way that works with all PSPs, independent of the firmware. That's my pipe dream
