Default still seems like it was meant to be released

you would assume he would assume wraggster atleast knew how to put a game in the game menu.

LOL, maybe it was just a readme that he threw together, and just copy and pasted to Wraggster. Also he probaly wanted to take all costs, in getting the emulator to work, so he didn't look like a hoax or anything.

Then it would happen in Europe or Japan or wherever the person lives. Sony being an international company can easily take a person to court in their home country. I just used the US as an example because I am from the US.

Yup! I think Sony should just stop trying to resist and give in now. I guess they're slow learners.

You talked about the US system specifically though, where Sony could literally take someone to court just to judge if the allegation is valid. But that might not be true for other countries...

i dont understand what u mean
they are only trying to gain back money which they loose

homebrew great and these type of emus are great to mess with but
i would have rather sony brought the ps1 emu out first and then someone just crack it
atleast then it would have been full speed

actually buy some stuff instead of piratin everything like sony ows u somthin

learn to respect the company some what

/\ I am in no way whatsoever belittling Sony and it's awesomeness in making the PSP and it's games. The only thing I disagree with is the no legal homebrew support. I'm sorry if you thought I meant something else.
Oh, and btw, I don't pirate, buddy.
