Hey crazy is here a edit button for you =P try to at least let another person post before you...

about th compatability, you never know. Maybe the hobo (lol hobo =P) worked on the ps1 and knows his stuff. Or did some patten research (like the n64 emulator). I do agree that 90% is a little to high but if it is correct then WOW!!

I just cant wait for this to come out....!!!!ARGGGGG!!

i also agree with exophase as a previousley posted i think as fast as nj managed to pull off the cps2 i think in a year we may have a playable ps1 emu but at any rate what an amazing emu that deserves hype in a way....i mean even if it turns out wraggy was exadrating a bit....it must be pretty exciting regardless to get wraggy going so!

let me just add that on PC emulators like the famous EPSXE you will notice SPECIAL SHADING TOGGLES FOR THE GFX PLUGINS and there JUST FOR Final Fantasy games

so besides the fact that a psp does not have nearly the power of a pc its gonna take a very very SPEACIAL gfx plugin to play 90% of the psx titles anyway being the very different requirements so again this is a MILESTONE YES but a PERFECT SPEED PS1 emu....lol...no it is def not!

here EXACTLY WHAT THE " speacial game fixes" tab says in epsxe for the pc...

0x0001[ ] Adjust frame buffer access ONLY for FF7 courser/battle swirl

0x0002 [ ] Use old texture filtering fixes black area with some cards...

0x008 swap front/back detection spead freaks killer loop

0x0010 Disable coord check old coordcopmpatability mode

0x0020 remove blue glitches Leg-o-dragoon needs this

0x0200 G4 polygon cache FF9 needs this for battle mode yellow rectangles

these are just a few problems the epsxe ran into

and beleave me you STILL NEED TO CHANGE GFX PLUGINS for CERTAIN games so i hope for COMPATABILITY SAKE WE MAKE A

plugin tab in the emu menu!!!

Addendum: It's easier to get FF7 fullspeed than Ridge Racer. My own experience with psx4all.

Of course the Ridge Racer intro with the spaceships can be gotten fullspeed easily as pie
