TVU player lets you watch tv on the psp via tv streaming from the internet when by wifi hotspot
Having a TV card in your computer lets you watch YOUR tv channels from your psp via wifi (no sound either still alpha)
Your finial option is Location Free which is a waste of money...like 300 bucks which is GAY!
Your best (and prolly only) bet is the TVU player just google it and download all the stuff... Read the instructions CAREFULLY and you can watch tv on ur psp. Couple of drawbacks however... It has to be set up each time you want to use it on the computer and psp, and also you can only change channels from the computer (good thing it comes with HBO to keep you from wanting to change channels)
