M3 is inherently problematic, they are the only ones not having released any decent fat access code to their hardware.

To my knowledge the scummvm people have bypassed this problem with an optional in ram save function which then after a reset is backuped by m3.
Anyway those homebrew problems are the reason, why I wont go with m3 for my second ds, but I will go with a supercard instead.

There now is fat access code for m3 from the linux side, but I dont know how good it is, instead of playing the m3 gamble again, I will go for the save side. If I had known this upfront I probably would have never gone with m3.

Dont get me wrong for backup roms m3 is a fine solution, but not for real homebrew, which is a pity, because that is exactly what I bought my m3 for.
(I do not have a need for playing backup roms)

The MMD compatibility in this version was theoretical. AgentQ has a Max Media Dock now and is able to debug it personally so hopefully we will get a working version soon.
